A No Age tribute band that features a member of No Age has now made a new band. Confused? You will be.
Josh Taylor (Foot Village) and DJ Kyle Mabson originally set-up a tribute to No Age, calling themselves New No Age. Following so far?
Then Randy Randall from the actual No Age heard the tribute group, he was impressed and so joined them. Now as a three piece, the trio began writing new material and formed a new outfit altogether called Cockpit, reports Pitchfork.
Cockpit apparently played their first show together last night (June 16th) in Los Angeles at Pehrspace. There is no word on whether any recorded material is planned.
No Age though, released their first album for Sub Pop last month, entitled 'Nouns'.
